TripAdvisor lists the most photogenic hotels – including one with an underwater restaurant
TripAdvisor has revealed the most perfect hotels in the world. Villas in the Maldives were at the top of the list – and there were also stays at an Italian World Heritage site and a grand hotel in Cambodia
Looking for inspiration for the holidays? TripAdvisor has brought together some of the most photogenic hotels in the world.
Not only do they provide a great backdrop for Instagram photos, but they have all achieved ratings of 4.5 or higher from guests who have stayed there.
Among all the quiet places to relax, the stunning overwater villas at the Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa took the top spot.
There’s also a lust-worthy Golden Temple hotel in Cambodia, comfortable lodgings in an Italian World Heritage site, and a jungle lodge in Guatemala.

The government has introduced a traffic light system that divides countries into green, orange and red – and people are only allowed free travel in countries on the green list.
Amber List countries require people to quarantine at home upon return, and Red List countries mean travelers will have to stay in a dedicated quarantine hotel for 10 days.
It is not illegal to go to Orange List countries, but people are discouraged from going there on vacation abroad.
